We've had quite a few issues with our trailer. Recently water leak and furnace quit working. Brian is our go to guy. Very professional, knowledgeable and reliable. I have referred him to all my neighbors. They to are happy with his work. Thank you Brian.

Brian was great. Called and left message, called back in 5 minutes and was at my sight in an hour. We had a heater in RV go down and had me up running within 20 minutes on a very cold day. Thanks again Brian

I connected with Brian a few weeks ago because Grand Design decided l we needed a new stove. As full timers we move locations with frequency. Brian agreed to receive and then deliver/install the new stove, which happened today. The old stove got removed, the new one installed without issue.
Brian was affable, professional and efficient.
I have worked with many very good mobile techs in the past, and Brian met the same standard.
I definitely recommend Hackett’s RV Repair.

Prompt friendly service.
Replaced our commode arrived shortly after we picked up the new one. Cleaned up after installing and carried out the broken one. ( threw away in our rv park dumpster for us)
Would highly recommend

Incredible service! I called Brian yesterday and he jumped on an inspection today. Less than 24 hours. Communicated very well, And did a very thorough review on a camper that I am purchasing. I have never met him, but I can’t recommend him enough.

We had some refrigerator issues and called Brian. He was able to point us in the right direction in order to obtain the correct parts. We then had him do a roof inspection and clean the coils on our ac units. Very professional and thorough, great job @ reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend.

The response to our RV electrical issues were very timely and reasonably priced especially on a Saturday morning during Shrimp Festival.
So grateful for the cordial and efficient service.

Our AC went out in the middle of the night on a weekend while at Gulf State Park. Brian answered quickly and had our AC fixed in no time! He also fixed a couple other issues perfectly! He was so nice and responsive! I can’t recommend enough!
